Since many of our products are printed or customized, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items reported after the return window
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time depending on the payment provider.
